Residential development

A residential project planned as a whole

Design, finishes, supply and installation coordinated as one project, so every unit has the same reference and the same standard.

We start from the plans: how many units of each type, how many bathrooms, kitchens and doors.

A finishes proposal by unit type, aligned with the product and its sale price.

National and international sourcing and installation by our own crew, at the pace of the works.

When the project calls for it, joinery, furniture and fit-out coordinated by the same team.

Method

Finishes consistent with the product you’ll sell and its sale price.
03
Samples and approval
Every reference is seen, approved and defined before buying.
04
Purchasing, delivery and installation
National and international sourcing on a schedule aligned with construction progress, installed by our own crew.
