Developers and builders
Do you work with apartment developers and builders?
Yes. We structure the finishes and fit-out of apartment developments: proposal by unit type, samples approved before buying, national and international supply, deliveries aligned with construction progress and installation by our own crew.
What does structuring the finishes of a development include?
We start from the plans and unit types, put together a finishes proposal consistent with the product and its sale price, present samples for approval and define a purchasing, delivery and installation plan for the whole project.
Do you develop residential and short-term rental projects?
Yes. In addition to structuring finishes for developers, we develop residential projects and apartments designed for short-term rental, from plans to furniture: layout, finishes, joinery, furniture and fit-out, with one team. The scope of each project is defined in the proposal.
Do you only supply, or do you also install?
We also install. On developer and builder projects we don’t just supply the finishes: we install them with our own crew, so one team answers for everything from the purchase to the installed piece. The scope of each job is defined in the proposal.
Can part of the supply be paid with units from the project (canje)?
In apartment projects it can be an alternative. It is a scenario subject to commercial, financial, legal and technical evaluation: it is not automatic, it does not apply in every case and, if it is viable for both parties, it is formalized by contract with each party’s advisors.
Does canje have tax benefits?
We don’t present it as a tax benefit. Tax implications are reviewed with each project’s advisor.
What does integrated international supply mean?
It means we work with national and international manufacturers and consolidate everything into one purchasing plan, with one point of contact, so the project has the same reference and the same standard across all its units. On developer projects, we also install it with our own crew.

Can you help me if I don’t have plans yet?
Yes. We start from the concept: how you want to live, what spaces you need and how the light comes in. From there we move on to design, budget and engineering.
I already have a lot or plans. Can you continue from there?
Yes. We review what you already have and see how to move forward: budget, engineering, construction, finishes selection, supply, installation and handover.
Do I have to hire an architect, a builder and suppliers separately?
The idea is that you don’t. We coordinate the whole project with one team, so building your home doesn’t become a second job.

Where do you work?
We are based in El Poblado, Medellín, and we develop projects across Colombia.
Do you publish prices or packages?
No. Every project is different and is budgeted according to its scope. Message us and we’ll review it with you.
Do you sell individual pieces, like a store?
We are not a catalog or a store. We work on complete solutions: the finished bathroom, the ready kitchen, the joinery and openings of the project, planned together.
